Fall 2022 registration is now OPEN!!
“You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; you have loosened my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness.” Psalm 30:11
All nations of the Earth have expressed the joy of life through music, dance, and song. Join us as we tour the traditional folk music and dance of cultures from around the world. Students will take three classes on each program day:
1. Music theory
A fun and holistic approach to learning the basics of music. Utilizing the Orff method, students will learn to internalize rhythm and sound with interactive elements such as hand instruments and their own body!
2. Choir
Students will learn traditional folk songs from various cultures around the world. These songs will coordinate with the dances they learn.
3. Folk dance
Students will learn traditional folk dances from various cultures around the world. These dances will coordinate with the songs they learn in choir.
At the end of the semester, students will have the opportunity to showcase what they have learned in an on-stage performance for friends and family!

Internships and tuition substitution available
This semester we will have internships available for high school and college students. They will have the opportunity to learn about (and practice) stage production and entrepreneurship. This may also count as high school community service hours.
We will also have the opportunity for tuition substitution this year. If needed, portions of your child's tuition can be provided through filling needs we have within the program.
Please inquire for more details about either of these special opportunities.

We have an exciting program in the works for the spring semester. Similar to last spring, we are planning to have classes in theater and choir, with the addition of fencing and ballet! We have a wonderful fencing instructor that has signed on to teach classes, and has offered to host a FREE demonstration for families during the fall semester. We will share updates as we have more details finalized!
